Indoor Recess with amaZEN U!

Mar 21, 2016, Sonya Patel

Spring officially began this week! We usually think warm weather and sunshine. In our hometown, Cleveland, Ohio, Spring also includes rainy weather. Rain includes “indoor recess.”

Try an amaZEN U “Indoor Recess” sequence with your students to help break things up.  We are hearing that when kids watch kids do yoga, they do it, too!

It takes about 5 minutes to add each of these activities to the “My Saved Activities” button in the top menu bar.  This first time setting it up, guided, will set you up for quicker access. A 30 minute sequence (approx.) for each grade level is listed below. Once you have discovered your students’ favorites, you will make this your own by adding or removing activities.
