As you know, amaZEN U is a go-to resource to easily stream yoga, breathing and mindfulness videos for children and teens. We know that parents and teachers are a great influence on children, and that our behavior often mirrors that of our role models. That’s why we are declaring this summer, a Summer of Self-Care. We will be a refreshing and informative resource on social media for wellness for the whole family, specifically ways we can take care of ourselves and each other. Tip #1: Create a deliberate habit and routinize something small in your life by doing it in the same way each day or week — go to the gym for yoga class on Tuesdays, start your morning with a 5-minute meditation or breathing exercise, end the day with quiet reflection, or wake up at the same time every day. If you have kids at home, try with their schedules too, or establish a family routine.
