Meet our Partner: Rock The House Entertainment

We are so excited for Rock The House to provide its audio and DJ-ing expertise for our ZENworks YOGATHON! The company started as a home-based business 20 years ago, and has since grown to 150 employees, producing more than 1,500 events per year.

ZWY: Tell us about Rock The House and the different services it provides.

RTH: Rock The House is the region’s finest interactive entertainment and production company. Since 1999, RTH has exceeded expectations by providing amazing talent, cutting-edge products, and award-winning customer service. Producing more than 1,500 events per year, RTH knows what it takes to make our clients’ events truly unique.

ZWY: Rock The House does a lot of charity events – what made you want to work with ZENworks Yoga?

RTH: Non-profits make up a large portion of our clientele. We are proud production partners of many wonderful organizations such as the American Heart Association, the Arthritis Foundation, Prayers From Maria, Boys & Girls Club of the Western Reserve, Cleveland Hearing & Speech Center, Dancing Wheels, MedWish, and more. Many of these partnerships involved our audio visual and entertainment teams in the production of large fundraising events. While these are fantastic and essential events, they don’t always give us the opportunity to connect in a more localized and direct way with the communities involved. That said, the events at which our teams do get to connect more directly, build relationships, and interact with those involved (a great example being sending a DJ and MC to A Prom To Remember each year), have become much-beloved traditions for our entertainment team members.

This past year, our employee goodwill committee decided to offer yoga classes for the first time during one of our busiest (and oftentimes, most stressful) months. While a select few of our team members do yoga, the majority were first-timers. It was an incredible experience, not only due to the mental and physical benefits, but as a fun bonding exercise for our team.

When Sonya reached out to our team about the Yogathon, it felt like a meant-to-be new partnership! As a Guru Sponsor, the added opportunity to bring 8 of our now-somewhat-seasoned-in-yoga team members to participate and network was very exciting. Overall, it felt like a unique new way for us to become further involved in and continue to give back to the Cleveland community that we love so much.
